A Guide for Relief Team Volunteers
What To Bring:
Individual Level (Mandatory):

Air mattress with pump (you can coordinate 1 pump per 5 people)

Sleeping bag

Pillow and pillow case(s)

Bathing towel and face towel

Laundry bag or garbage bag for dirty clothing

Day pack (backpack with secure zippers, medium to large size): this will be brought on the bus and to worksites

Rain poncho

Water bottle, reusable

Baseball cap

1. If you have not had a tetanus shot in the last ten years, you should get one.
